The Solar System

This week we have being learning about the solar system and so we had to research on something to do with the solar system. So i had researched about constellations. As you see i had not finished because some of the questions i had to answer had no straight answers. But anyways hope you enjoy what I have.

My Narrative Plan

 This week we have been learning how to write an narrative. We finished planing our story and now we fortunately we get to turn our story into a movie using a green screen.

Orientation Setting; MOEREWA Characters Jeffry and isabella	Problem - How does the problem come The problem is that There are a couple and they go to the motocross world championships. They win the championships then  the girl finds Out he owed money to a gang so they broke up then the gang took isabella.
How does the problem develop? Jeffery’s bike blows up so then he can't go save isabella.	Climax and solution - how does it get sorted? Jeffry had an spare motorbike. So he   jumps on his motorbike and Chases after them then he caught up to the gang. They start shooting Then he grabs his gun and shoots back He shoots the tyers and then the  car flips And jeffry rescue isabella and arrest The 3 gang members. And isabella goes back out with jeffry.

My Canva

Yesterday we dicovered a new site called canva. We used canva to create a little presentation on how to improve your blog post and this is my finishing canva.

Our new beginning

Novel Study

We have being doing novel studies on a novel of our choice.We have seven activities and we have to finish one of them each day and then post them our our blog so here is my first activity called. A letter to the author.

My name is Tyissa Hape I am a year seven student at Kawakawa Primary School New Zealand In Northland .My class are working on novel studies and my novel study is on one of your Geronimo Stilton Books:THEA STILTON AND THE JOURNEY TO THE LION’S DEN. I really enjoy your book and how you use different fonts for specific  words and how you have information for us to learn about the place of where they are and the animals around that place. My favourite part of the story is when the save the little cub mosi. If you don't mind I would like to ask you some questions. How long roughly does it take you to write your books? frogs

This is explanation writting this is what we having been learning how to write. So my first writting was about

how tadpoles turn into frogs so please enjoy.

FROGS

 Have you ever wondered how tadpoles turn into fully grown frogs?

 Tadpoles go through many changes then finally they become frogs.

Frogs begin their lives by hatching in a group called spawn. But It takes about 6-21 days before they hatch.Then they will slowly develop a tail,sucker,eyes and a mouth.

The tadpole spends most of its time swimming in lakes and ponds, eating and growing. Tadpoles

breathes by using their gills as it hasn’t fully grown so doesn’t know hot to breathe out of there lungs, its tail is still fully on.

The tadpole develops hind legs and then next sprouts out there arms after their legs start growing, it has a longer body how long the arms grow out to, it also has more of a distinct head.

On Tuesday our class worked in pairs to construct a boat that had to hold x10 10cents and float for 1 minute we enjoyed the challenge and our boat floated.

The boys make their way to the field and start there drills 1,2,3,4 up they do there shuttles twice they also did truck and trailer they follow each other for about 5 minutes the boys have 10 minutes so they did there last drill that was relays 10 minutes was up time to play our first game was the Pawarenga broncos  let's go we huddle up and get information from the coach then all we hear is “TIGERS TFL” after that the game was on.

The first ball was passed they passed the ball not 1,,2,3,4,5 or 6 times then the first try was scored by the Tigers and then the goal was scored also the score was 6 Nil . Time went by and the Pawarenga Broncos had scored twice but they had missed their goals. The score was 6 to 8 but we eventually ended up getting three tries and two goals so the score was  36 to 8 there was 10 seconds on the clock 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1  “We won” everyone screamed and celebrated.

Room 6 Kawa Of Care

we have been thinking about how to look after our chromebooks i am keen to make sure my device is always safe and it work like how i first got it because i know how much my mum and dad spend there money on me to help with my education. so this is why my class created a slide about how we can respect our chromebooks and look after them well.

Dream Giver

The man with long lanky legs, a small skinny body and sparkly wings peers through the window of a messy room with toys on the ground and books all around the place. Where there also lived three little children. The man had a bag shining in the night  full of little eggs with pixie dust in them. He strolled to the first bed and on that bed  was a little girls bed she had some ballerina shoes on her bed.The tall lanky man gets one of his eggs and pours a little bit of that pixie dust in the shoes which brings a little ballerina to life which brought that little girl good dreams.The dream giver  moves on to the next bed where there was a little boy he had a book about astronauts that suddenly came to life with a little pixie dust there and a little pixie dust here the astronauts fly in the roof of the room he moves on to the next bed where there was baseball cards little pixie dust on those and the game begins the next bed there was a concert poster one minute later there was a live concert in the room the first little boy dropped an egg on the dinosaur book and then... there was a dinosaur roaming the streets.Suddenly He hears a big “BANG” the dream giver flies to go find the big dinosaur.The flying astronaut gets sucked into the whirlpool then suddenly he lies helplessly on the ground. He hears big steps heading towards him then he starts running and running. The dream giver comes and ties the dinosaur up and then he disappears and the little children still had a perfect good sleep .
